Child and dog friendly . Rooms were soacious - unfortunately the TV did not work but not too important. All staff were friendly but special mention to Charlotte in the restaurant who was friendly and patient with our 2 young grandchildren. We had two dogs with us and they were made welcome. There were spaces to walk them and they were able to join us in all areas apart from the restaurant. We were a group of 6 adults - 2 infants and 2 dogs celebrating my special birthday and it was a perfect venue. We had half board and the breakfast and 3 course included meal were delicious. My room was decorated with banner and balloons and a birthday brownie at our meal. We used the pool etc which was warm and clean - very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to go again .

We booked a family room with a half board option which we thought was great value. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Room was very comfortable and clean with good lighting. The dinner included two courses and the menu had a lovely choice, food superb and the service was quick and efficient. Breakfast also had a good choice. Parking was easy and free of charge and hotel is situated in a good location. We also used the pool and sauna which was impressively clean. We would definitely stay here again! The following day we also attended a family function in the Westminster Room, the food and drinks which were included were superb. We can also recommend these packages too.

Beautiful setting with the golf course at the back. Staff were really friendly. The room and beds were comfortable. Although we didn't have chance to make use of them, the spa and pool were available to us, and they looked lovely. Was sorry not to be able to avail myself. Dinner was tasty. Really good value. Great breakfast. Blue light in bathroom was a good thought for people who need the loo at night. Handle into bath helpful for those who need it too. And the heated bathroom mirror that cleared the steam quickly is lovely bit of attention to detail.

I have booked standard double room and was pleasantly suprised to have superking size bed in very nice and big room. Evertything was fine, breakfest standard choices of buffet, which we enjoyed. My parnter used gym, which he found very good size for hotel and well equipped. The spa looked great, altrought we didn't have tume to visit. The view from room is on the greenery and gold course. Overall we were very happy with out very short stay, Would definetly returned and perhaps stay longer to enjoy terace and spa.

Hotel was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Two of my fellow guests don’t drink anything but water. Most places are rude if you ask for tap water in bar or restaurant. Here they never had issue and allowed us as much jugs/bottled tap water even asking if we wanted ice cubes with it. My room key didn’t work to begin with and they sincerely apologised immediately and issued new keycard. It’s a hotel I’ve stayed at numerous times since 2014 and they never disappoint.
